- Set Color Mode to RGB for digital or CMYK for print.

Step 2: Adding the Background
You can use an Image like I did and tone down the opacity or create a gradient background. For the image, download the free template.
- Select the Rectangle Tool (M).
- Click and drag to draw a rectangle covering the entire artboard.
- Fill the rectangle with a color or gradient:
- Open the Gradient Panel (Window > Gradient).
- Apply a radial or linear gradient with soft tones.
Step 3: Adding the Circular Image
- Use the Ellipse Tool (L) to draw a circle. Hold Shift while dragging to create a perfect circle.
- Place an image inside the circle:
- Go to File > Place, select an image, and position it over the circle.
- Select both the image and the circle, then Right-click > Make Clipping Mask.
- Create another circle and put it behind the one with the clipped image. Make this blue and reduce the opacity a little. Also make it slightly bigger than the image
Step 4: Adding the Main Title

- Select the Type Tool (T).
- Click on the artboard and type “Life Gym Challenge.”
- Use a bold, sans-serif font (e.g., Arial Black or Montserrat Extra Bold).
- Adjust the size and color of the text:
- Use the Character Panel (Window > Type > Character) to change font size and spacing.
- Apply contrasting colors like black and light blue.
Step 5: Creating Performance Metrics Section

- Draw a rectangle using the Rectangle Tool (M).
- Fill it with a light yellow or another eye-catching color.
- Add text for the metrics:
- Use the Type Tool (T) to write activities for men and women.
- Format the text with bullet points or separate them into two columns for clarity.
Step 6: Adding the Awards Section

- Use the Ellipse Tool (L) to create small circles for numbering. Add numbers (1, 2, 3) inside the circles using the Type Tool (T).
- Place icons or placeholders for awards: Use shapes or import images for items like hoodies, gloves, and t-shirts.
- Add captions below each icon.
Step 7: Adding the Registration Fee
- Create a smaller yellow Circle using the Rectangle Tool (L). Place it near the center of the flyer.
- Add the registration fee text on top using the Type Tool (T).

- Add text at the bottom of the flyer for the date and venue.
- Use a bold font for emphasis.
- Add dividers using the Line Segment Tool ().
Step 9: Exporting and Final Touches

- Add logos, decorative dots, or lines to enhance the design.
- Use the Pen Tool (P) or Ellipse Tool (L) for shapes.
- Double-check alignment and spacing using the Align Panel (Window > Align).
- Go to File > Export > Export As.
- Choose PNG or JPG for web.
- For print, select PDF with high-quality settings.
