9 Fun things to do on an iPad Tablet

iPads are powerful and sleek multipurpose devices that you can use for different tasks. The flexibility and efficiency of an iPad will both improve your professional working experience and create a cool fun station for your leisure time.

My iPad is mostly used for quick note-taking as I work on a project or as a fully dedicated drawing and graphic design device. In my free time, I regularly just log in to Netflix and watch a movie or surf around the internet on the same device.

In this article, I will share some of the top fun things that you can do with your iPad.

Digital Art and Drawing

If you are an art enthusiast and like drawing like me, you will not need any additional devices once you buy an iPad.

You can install Procreate or any other drawing application of your choice and enjoy seamless art creation.  Procreate is one of the best drawing applications available in the market. It is however only compatible with iPads and you will not be able to enjoy it on other brands of tablets.

Whether you prefer using Illustrator or Photoshop instead, the iPad’s powerful system and large RAM will work smoothly with both software.

Writing and Reading

One of the most powerful ways I use my iPad is planning by taking notes on the device. You do not have to have the Apple Pencil to do this but it makes it easier.

Whether using it as a journal or taking casual notes, the iPad is a comfortable and efficient addition to taking notes with ease.

Note-taking applications on the iPad come with inbuilt options that make taking notes and organizing easy and personalized.

Some of my favorite applications to write notes on an iPad include Notoriety, Apple Note, and Good Notes 5.

PDF reading capabilities make it a good reading tablet. Additionally, its large storage space will allow you to save many books in its memory to read even as you travel.

The screen is bright and will make it possible to read even in high outdoor light conditions.

Vlogging, Video editing, and Photography

If you are into vlogging, the iPad Pro comes with a clear camera with 4k video recording capabilities.

You can either directly upload your videos online from your iPad or use the same device to edit them.

After you record your video, the powerful processor allows it to be easily used as a video editing station.

If you like taking photographs, you can spend your time creating photographs and editing them in Photoshop on your iPad. You will have both a 12-megapixel front camera and a rear Ultrawide 12-megapixel camera.

Gaming and Social Media

You can use your iPad to socialise online or surf the internet thanks to its easy connectivity. If you like using your iPad as a cellular device, make sure to choose the cellular iPad alternative version. Otherwise, the regular one will only connect to the internet over a WIFI network.

You can play online or offline games on your iPad. There are some free and paid games you can add to your iPad to play and enjoy during your free time. Some of the best free iPad games include Arcade games, Endless Runner games, Match games, Platform games, Puzzle games, Racing games, and many more.
